Pink City Export

Pink City Export is located at No. 2488 in Shailo Ki Gali, which is a small lane in the Chandpol area. If you know Jaipur, you know how these old city streets are. They are narrow and full of life, and sometimes it’s hard to even get a small cart through the crowd. Our building is one of those traditional ones where we’ve set up our export operations. We mostly deal with local goods that need to be sent out to different places. It involves a lot of checking the items and then carefully wrapping them so nothing gets damaged on the long journey. Shailo Ki Gali is a place where you can hear your neighbors talking and the sound of bells from the nearby temples. It’s very traditional here, and we like that. Our workspace isn't modern at all; it has old floors and high ceilings that help a bit with the Rajasthan heat. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. Usually, there are just people sitting on the floor or at small tables, sorting through textiles or handicrafts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing out shipping labels by hand. It’s a slow and steady process, making sure everything is right before it goes out of the city. It’s just how we do things in this part of Chandpol, without any rush or unnecessary fuss. We just keep our heads down.
