You can find us at Flat No. D-204 on the second floor of the Trimurty Ariana building in Jagatpura. It is a residential complex, which makes our workspace feel a bit more like a home than a traditional office. We focus on food technology, which means we spend our time thinking about ingredients and how to make food better. We have a small area set up as a kitchen where we test out different ideas and another area with computers for our research. It is a small operation with just a few of us. The place usually smells like whatever spices or ingredients we are working with at the time. Jagatpura is a part of Jaipur that is growing very fast, so there is always a lot of building work going on around us. We don't have a shop where people can buy things directly; we mostly work with other businesses behind the scenes. We like the quiet of the second floor because it lets us concentrate on our recipes and data. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy marketing materials. We just try to make sure that the work we do is accurate and that the food we develop is good. It is a modest setup, but it gives us exactly what we need to get our daily tasks done. We usually have a lot of washing up to do before we leave.
