If you head toward the Civil Lines railway crossing, you'll find us tucked away at 21, Shubham Enclave. We've been operating Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital from this spot for quite some time. It’s a busy little area, especially when the gates at the crossing are down and the cars start piling up outside. We can hear the trains rumbling past throughout the day, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. The building itself is sturdy and does what it needs to do. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing our jobs and talking to the folks who come in to get their eyes looked at. We don’t really go in for those flashy marketing slogans or polished corporate speeches. That’s just not how we operate. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We know which chai stall nearby has good tea and where to park when the main street is full. It’s a very local feel. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the patients are comfortable and the doctors have what they need. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s an important one. We just take things one day at a time, helping people see a bit better and keeping the clinic running smoothly.
