You can find Arg Developers Pvt. Ltd. over at E-52, Chitranjan Marg. It’s a decent-sized office, though it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We’ve been working on various development projects around here for a good while. The walls are mostly covered with site photos and some old calendars that we forgot to take down. It’s a workspace where things actually get done, rather than a place for showing off. We spend a lot of hours discussing budgets, talking to contractors, and trying to make sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go sideways with a delivery or a weather delay, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just part of being in development. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees, so everyone here wears a few different hats. One minute you’re answering the phone and the next you’re looking at a structural report. It keeps the days interesting, if a bit tiring. Chitranjan Marg is a good spot for us, easy enough for people to find. We just put our heads down and work through the list of tasks we have for each project. There isn't much fluff to what we do. We build things, manage the details, and try to keep everything moving forward without too much drama.
