Brainex Hr Consultants Llp is situated at S 1, Plot No. 15 in Sukh Vihar. It’s a small office where we handle all things related to human resources. We spend a lot of our time looking for people to fill jobs and helping companies manage their staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting through interviews. The office at Sukh Vihar is simple. We have a couple of desks and a place for people to sit when they come in for a chat. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of employees. There’s just a few of us here making sure things get done. We like being in Sukh Vihar because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which makes it easier to talk to people. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on our desks, but we get through it. We don't use any fancy software or complicated systems, just regular tools that get the job done. Our goal is just to help people find work and help businesses find help. It’s pretty basic. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. It can be tiring when we have a lot of positions to fill at once, but we manage. We’ve been at Plot No. 15 for a while now and we’re quite comfortable here. It’s a good little spot for what we do.
