Borad Natural Stone

Borad Natural Stone is located at number 90 in Nalanda Vihar, which is part of the Maharani Farm area. It’s a bit of a different setting than a big industrial park. It feels a little more like a neighborhood here. We use the space to manage our stone business. We don’t have a massive warehouse on-site, so it’s more of an administrative and staging point for us. Maharani Farm is a well-known area, and Nalanda Vihar is easy enough to find once you get into the streets. We have samples of different natural stones scattered around the office so people can see what they’re getting. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered with stone chips and folders, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and customers. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part, which we appreciate when we’re trying to get through the books. We don't go for any fancy marketing or big signs. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. We just focus on getting the right stone to the right people without making a big fuss about it. It keeps us moving and we enjoy the rhythm of the day here at Maharani Farm.
