Being on this side of town, specifically with the 302024 pin code, means we are near the main highway traffic. You can often hear the trucks and buses rumbling by in the distance. Bonanza Portfolio Ltd has its setup here in a straightforward building that doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. It’s a practical choice for us. The interior is just what you’d expect from a local office—desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of papers. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy storefront. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the business running. Jagdamba Nagar is a growing area, so there’s always some construction or something new happening nearby. The dust can be a bit of a problem when the wind picks up off Ajmer Road, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working. It’s a regular routine of coming in, checking the emails, and going through the portfolios. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want a space where we can be productive.
