Bodhiratnam Buildcon Pvt Ltd has its office in Bapu Nagar on Moti Marg at C 11. Bapu Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve been lucky to have our space here. We do construction work, mostly focusing on residential buildings. If you come to our office, you’ll probably see a lot of site helmets and maybe some samples of granite or wood. It’s a working office, so it isn't always the tidiest place in the world. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't go in for big corporate meetings or anything like that. Instead, we just sit around a table and figure out how to solve the latest problem at a building site. Whether it’s a delivery that didn't show up or a wall that needs to be redone, we just deal with it. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and try to make sure they are solid. Our neighbors on Moti Marg are mostly other businesses or families, and we try to keep the noise down when we are moving things in and out. It’s steady work, and we take it one day at a time. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us.
