Black Bean Assets Llp

We’re over at Kailash Towers, specifically room 708. It’s right on Tonk Road in the Lal Kothi area. Most days we are just here at the desks sorting through paperwork and taking calls. It’s a busy part of town so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow but we manage. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for what we do with assets and property matters. People usually find us easily because the towers are a known spot. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up. It's just a regular workplace where we deal with the day-to-day tasks. If you are driving down Tonk Road, you’ve probably seen the building. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, chairs, and computers. It gets quite bright in the afternoons. Most of us have been around this neighborhood for a long time. Lal Kothi is a good area to be based in because it's central. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting folks who drop by. It's a straightforward operation here. Nothing too complicated. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. That’s pretty much the story of our little office in Jaipur. We're usually here from morning until the evening. We don't do much marketing, just keep things moving along every day.
