BIJOY MATIZ REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Heera Nagar. Our place is 16 A, right across from Chitrakoot Sector 6. We are very close to the SBBJ Chauraha on Amjer Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise from the traffic and people honking. We’ve been in this office for quite some time now. It’s a practical space. We have some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that are getting full. We don't have a big staff. Just a few people who handle the daily stuff that comes with real estate. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. Some of them stop in to ask about land or apartments. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software. A lot of our notes are still written by hand in big ledgers. It works for us. The area around Amjer Road is always developing, so there is usually something going on. We try to keep a low profile and just do our jobs. Sometimes we get together for lunch at one of the stalls nearby. It’s a good way to hear what’s happening in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to stay steady and help the people who come through our door. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the people we meet. Our office stays open late most nights because that’s when people finish work and visit us.
