Our office is tucked away at 137 - A Swarnpath in the Paraswanath Colony area of Nirman Nagar. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main Janpath road, which we actually like. At Bhoumik Ventures Pvt. Ltd, we don’t really have a huge team of people. It is just a handful of us making sure things run like they are supposed to. Some days are just spent on the phone or filling out paperwork that seems to never end. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own in this part of town. The colony is mostly families and small businesses, so it feels quite local. You won’t find any big signs or flashing lights here. We just have our desk space and our files. Often, we stay late to finish up things we couldn't get to during the day. It isn't always exciting, and the tea we make in the office is probably better than the work itself sometimes. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door about what we can do. If we can't help with something, we just say so. It’s a simple way of working that has kept us going without too much stress. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business here in Janpath. There are plenty of challenges, but we just take them one at a time and keep moving forward.
