Bhimsen Paint Polish & Finsing Contracter

If you head down Kanti Chandr Road in Bani Park, you’ll find us near Parik College in Swami Colony. We are usually covered in some kind of paint or dust. Bhimsen started this a long time ago and we’ve stayed in this same area ever since. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find number 39, you’ll see our ladders and cans. We spend most of our time at other people’s houses, putting on layers of polish or finishing up the wood trim. It’s messy work. Sometimes the smell of the thinner is quite strong in the shop. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. People just bring us their old furniture or call us to come look at their walls. The college students walk by all day, and the neighborhood stays pretty active. We just focus on getting the strokes even and making sure the polish doesn't drip. It’s hard on the hands and the back, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve seen the colors people like change over the years. Used to be everyone wanted dark wood, now it’s all light and bright. We just adapt and keep the brushes clean. It isn't a corporate setup, just a group of us who handle the finishing touches for homes around Bani Park. We stick to our corner of the colony and keep working until the sun goes down.
