Bhati Telecom

We are over at Amber Tower on Sansar Chand Road in the Nirman Nagar area. Bhati Telecom has been in this Plot No- Ll-53 spot for a good bit now. It’s a basement or lower-level unit, so it stays a bit dim, but we have plenty of lights inside. Mostly, we deal with phones, connections, and all those little accessories people always seem to lose. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of inventory on the shelves. You’ll find cases, chargers, and cables hanging everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. Sansar Chand Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. We have a small counter where we handle the repairs and the billings. Usually, it’s just two of us working here, trying to keep up with the people coming in and out. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just a regular telecom shop where you can get your phone fixed or buy a new SIM card. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us some chai and we take a break on the stools out front. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It’s a friendly enough building, and most people around here know us by name. If you’re looking for us, just head down the stairs at Amber Tower and we are right there near the corner. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps us going.
