Bhasker Associates

We are over in C Scheme on Vivekanad Marg, at A-5. Bhasker Associates has been around this neighborhood for quite some time now. C Scheme is one of those places that feels like the heart of the city. Our office is in an older building that has a bit of character. We handle a variety of things related to property and general consulting. It’s not just one thing. One day we might be helping someone with a lease and the next we’re looking at a plot of land for someone else. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just me and a couple of associates. We like to keep it small so we can actually remember who everyone is. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which can be pretty boring, but it’s the core of the job. We try to be helpful and just give people straightforward advice based on what we’ve seen over the years. We’ve seen the market go up and down plenty of times. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. People stop by quite often just to ask a quick question. We don't charge for every little conversation. We just like being part of the local business community here. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we’ve made some good friends along the way.
