Balani & Co

Our place, Balani & Co, is located at F-3 on Ramesh Marg in the C Scheme area. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main markets, which we prefer. The office is on the ground floor, making it easy to just walk in from the street. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. C Scheme is a nice part of town, and we’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on their mobiles. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that to brag about. We just show up every morning, unlock the gate, and start working on the files that need attention. There is a small garden area outside that we try to keep green, though the heat makes it tough sometimes. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local area. When people visit us at Ramesh Marg, they usually find us busy behind stacks of folders. We try to keep things simple and direct. No fancy jargon or complicated processes. If someone has a question, we just sit down and talk it through. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. The fans hum in the background while we go about our business in this little corner of the city.
