Balaji Systems & Godrej Safes

You can find us on the first floor of Windsor Plaza, which is right on Sansar Chandra Road. We are in shop 105. It’s a pretty well-known building in this area, so we get a fair amount of people just dropping by. We handle two main things: computer systems and Godrej safes. It’s an interesting mix, but it’s what we’ve ended up specializing in. Some days we are talking about hard drives and processors, and the next we are helping someone pick out a heavy-duty safe for their home or office. We’ve been here at Balaji Systems for a long time now. The office is usually filled with the smell of metal and electronics. It’s a solid place to work. We aren't the type to use a lot of fancy sales talk. If a safe is good, we say it’s good. If a computer system is overkill for what you need, we tell you that too. Being on the first floor makes it easier for people to bring things in for repair without having to go up too many stairs. Sansar Chandra Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around the plaza. We’ve got our regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re just regular people trying to provide a useful service. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just open up in the morning and wait to see who needs help. That’s about it.
