Bala Ji Properties

Our office is at number 61 on the Sodala Gopalpura By Pass. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. Bala Ji Properties has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on the properties right here along the bypass. It’s a good area to be in because things are developing so quickly. We see new shops and houses going up all the time. Our day starts early, usually checking messages from people wanting to sell their land. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just a regular room with some chairs and a map of the area on the wall. We keep it simple. If you want to see a property, we just hop in the car and go. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. That’s not how we like to be treated, so we don’t do it to others. We just show what’s available and tell the price. Sometimes the negotiations take a long time, but that’s just part of the property business. We know the local regulations and the people at the registration office. It helps to have someone who knows the ropes. We’re just a local business trying to make things easier for everyone. There’s a lot to do, but we enjoy the work and meeting different people every day. We just keep things moving along.
