Bajrang Properties is located right opposite Swarn Path in Sanganer. It’s a good spot because everyone passes by eventually. We started this because we knew the area and saw people needed help with property deals. We don’t have a massive office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we sit and talk to clients. Most of our work is just knowing which houses are coming up for sale or which shops are empty. Sanganer is growing fast, so things change every week. We try to keep up with the new developments around the bypass and the main roads. It’s a lot of work staying on top of it all. We spend most of our time out on our bikes looking at sites. If someone wants to sell, they usually just give us a call or stop by the shop. We don’t do big ads. Word of mouth is how most people find us anyway. It’s a simple way to work. We talk to the owners, we talk to the buyers, and we try to make it work for both. Some days are slow, but usually, there’s someone coming in with a question. We just give them the facts and let them decide. It’s how it should be. We deal with plots, flats, and shops. It’s busy but we manage somehow without any big corporate help.
