Our place is located out on Road 14 in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area, or VKIA as everyone calls it. We’re at F-966. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so it’s usually loud with trucks and machinery nearby. We don’t mind it much because that’s just the nature of this part of Jaipur. The building is a sturdy one, built for work rather than looking pretty. We’ve got our equipment set up and a small office space for the paperwork. Most of the day is spent handling orders or checking on the loading bay. It’s dusty work sometimes, but someone has to do it. We’ve known the neighbors on Road 14 for years. We all sort of look out for each other out here. You won't find any plush carpets or fancy coffee machines in our office. We usually just have a kettle and some files stacked up. We keep a regular schedule, starting when the gates open in the morning. Sometimes we stay late if a shipment is running behind. That’s just part of the job. Being in an industrial area means we focus on the practical side of things. We don't have time for a lot of fluff or marketing talk. We just make sure the work gets finished properly. If you’re driving down Road 14, you can’t miss the block. It’s been our home for a long time now. We just keep moving forward with the daily routine of the business and getting things loaded up.
