Kartik Krashi Yantra Udyog

Our workshop is over by the petrol pump in Badi Kheda Dakbail. It’s Kartik Krashi Yantra Udyog. We deal with farm equipment and tools mostly. It’s a dusty place because of the work we do, but that’s normal for a machine shop. We’ve got the heavy tools and spare parts scattered around the floor. If you are driving past the petrol pump, you will probably see us. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Farming is big around here, so there is always someone needing a repair or a new piece of gear for their land. It isn’t a quiet place. There is usually the sound of metal hitting metal or someone shouting over a motor. We don’t have a fancy office or a secretary. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on something. We try to keep the machines running so the farmers can get back to their work. It’s hard work, but it is what we know how to do. Badi Kheda is a small spot, so everyone knows everyone anyway. We just do our bit with the tools and the metal. Sometimes the parts take a while to get in, but we handle it. It's just a regular shop where we get our hands dirty every day. The grease on the floor has been there for years and we don't mind it one bit.
