Bada Solutions Private Limited is located on the 5th floor of Elements Mall, which is at 505 DCM on Ajmer Road. Being in a mall is kind of strange for an office, but it’s also convenient. We have a lot of food options nearby and there is plenty of parking, which you don't always get in Jaipur. Our office is unit 505. It’s a decent-sized space with a view of the city if you stand near the window. We spend most of our time here dealing with different business solutions. It usually involves a lot of emails and phone calls. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some whiteboards where we scribble notes and ideas, and most of the desks are covered in notebooks and half-empty water bottles. It feels like a real workspace where people are actually doing things, not just a showpiece. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the mall traffic or the cinema upstairs, but we don't mind it. It makes the day go by faster. We are a small group and we all get along for the most part. We don’t have any fancy titles or big meetings. We just figure out what needs to happen each day and we do it. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to be working out for us so far in this location.
