B M Associates is located at C-33 in Shivaji Nagar. If you are coming our way, you will likely have to deal with Dadi Ka Phatak. That railway crossing is known for its long waits, so we always tell people to plan for that. Our office is a straightforward setup in a residential-style building. We have been here for a good while and know most of the neighbors on the block. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main city markets, which we appreciate. Inside, we have our desks and computers where we handle all the associate work. There is not much in the way of decoration, just the stuff we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time on phone calls and filling out forms. It is the kind of work that requires a bit of focus, so the relatively quiet street helps out. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the train whistles from the nearby tracks interrupt our meetings, but we have grown used to it over the years. We just show up every morning and work through the list of things to do.
