We’re set up in the Malji Chhogalal Trust Building, which is right near Mirza Ismail Road. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here quite a while. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but it feels like home to us. Our office is filled with stacks of books and ledgers because that’s the nature of what we do. We spend most of our time looking at numbers and making sure everything adds up correctly. It’s quiet work for the most part, though the sounds from the street outside sometimes drift in. Mirza Ismail Road is always buzzing, but inside the Trust Building, it’s much calmer. We aren't into the whole modern office look with glass walls and bright colors. Our furniture is old but sturdy, and it serves its purpose. People come to see us when they have things that need sorting out. We listen, take notes, and then get to work. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just value being thorough and taking the time to do things the right way. It’s a steady pace here, and we prefer it that way. Often we have several files open at once, and the desk gets buried under paperwork. But we have our own system. It might look messy to someone else, but we know exactly where every document is filed away.
