B. B. Saxena Memorial Hospital

Our hospital is located at number 114 in the Gome Defence Colony. It’s right on Gautam Marg in Vaishali Nagar. Being in a residential colony like this means we are mostly part of the local neighborhood. We aren't one of those massive hospital complexes you see in the city center. It’s a bit more manageable here. We take care of the people living nearby when they get sick or need a checkup. The building sits on a corner and has been a part of Vaishali Nagar for quite a while. We have different rooms for patients and a small area for emergencies. It’s the kind of place where you might see your neighbor in the waiting room. We don’t use a lot of fancy medical jargon when we talk to patients; we just tell them what’s going on in plain English. The staff mostly lives around here too, so there’s a real community feel to the place. We keep the front entrance clean and the plants watered, which makes it feel a bit less like a sterile hospital and more like a local clinic. It can get busy during the flu season or when there’s something going around the schools, but we usually manage to keep up. It’s a practical, local spot for healthcare without any of the big-city hospital stress.
