Avi Marketing Services is based in the Mansarovar area, right inside the SPI RIICO Industrial Area at plot 317. Being in an industrial zone like RIICO means we are surrounded by workshops, warehouses, and a lot of concrete. It’s not the kind of place you come for a scenic view, but it’s perfect for getting work done without distractions. The building at 317 is a solid structure, built more for utility than for looks. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the daily flow of tasks. It’s not a high-end marketing agency with bean bags and espresso machines. We drink regular tea and use normal chairs. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the other units—metal clanging, engines idling, and the occasional delivery truck backing up. Mansarovar is a large district, so we feel lucky to have a steady spot here where the couriers know where to find us. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, coordinating things for our clients. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't believe in overcomplicating the way we run the office. If the internet is working and the lights are on, we are good to go. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it suits the work we do at Avi Marketing Services every single day.
