Our office is situated at 74/56 Paramhans Marg, which is in the Shipra Path area of Mansarover, Jaipur. It’s a fairly quiet part of the city compared to the main markets. We’ve been operating from this Jaipur location for a while now. The building is a regular structure on a street lined with other houses and small businesses. We handle a lot of the administrative and operational side of things here. It’s a lot of phone calls, emails, and making sure the orders are being processed correctly. The weather in Jaipur gets incredibly hot, especially in May and June, so the air conditioning is usually working overtime. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us have been together for a few years. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we just have our jobs and we do them. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. We just want to make sure the lights we produce are getting to where they need to go. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late or there’s a mix-up with the paperwork, and we just sit down and sort it out. It’s a regular job in a regular neighborhood, and we are fine with that.
