Our office for Auriga Realty Llp is tucked away in the basement of A 911 over in Siddharth Nagar. It’s quite close to the Jain Mandir and not far from Jawahar Circle, which is a nice landmark to have nearby. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler when the sun is beating down outside, though the lighting isn't always the best for reading fine print. We’ve got our desks set up and there’s usually some tea being shared around mid-morning. It’s just us here working through lists of properties and taking notes on what's changing in the area. We don't really do the big flashy signs or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just answering calls and showing people where different plots are located. The walk from the temple is short, so we see a lot of people passing by our door. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we end up just talking about the local news while we wait for things to load. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We focus on the local streets around here since we know them best. There’s a lot of walking involved in this job, checking out new spots and making sure things are still as they should be. We keep our files in some old metal cabinets that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done without much fuss.
