Atulya Hospital

We are located at 18-19 Kailash Puri-A, right on New Sanganer Road in Sodala. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there is always something going on outside. The hospital occupies a couple of plots, so it feels a bit bigger than some of the other buildings on the street. We have several rooms for patients and a small area where the families can sit and wait. The tiles on the floor have some scuffs from all the people walking over them for years. We try to keep things as tidy as possible, but in a place like this, there is always something to clean. The staff usually eats their lunch in a small room in the back near the stairs. You can hear the sound of the traffic from New Sanganer Road even when the windows are shut. It is just part of being in this part of Sanganer. We have a few big water tanks on the roof to make sure we don't run out. The morning shift is always the busiest, with the doctors making their rounds and the pharmacy downstairs getting its deliveries. It’s a lot of work to keep everything running, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. Most of the people who come here are from the local housing blocks nearby. It is a long walk for some.
