Aspiring Estate Llp

Our little spot for Aspiring Estate Llp is on the ground floor, Flat G1, at P.N. 147 in Vinayak Enclave, Shrikishanpura. It’s out near Sanganer, which is a part of town that’s really growing these days. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs when we’re coming and going all day. The office is a bit small, but it fits our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of Narsingpura and the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We write down notes in notebooks and then eventually get them onto the computer when we have time. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with all the construction going on around Vinayak Enclave, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea, and that’s basically our fuel for the day. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. We just tell people what’s available and what the prices are looking like. Most of our work is just about being here and being available when someone has a question about a piece of land. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve got some plants by the window that we occasionally remember to water. It’s just a normal workplace with real people doing their best to keep the business moving along. We try to keep it simple and honest.
