Aspen & Terra is based in Flat Number 17 in Gaytri Village, which is over by Vigaypura on Agra Road. It’s not your typical office building; it’s more of a home-style setup in a residential complex. This works well for us because it keeps things relaxed. We operate as an LLP and handle a variety of business tasks. Being on Agra Road means we are a bit away from the main city noise, though the road itself is always busy with trucks and travelers. Our space is filled with the usual office stuff—laptops, chargers, and plenty of paper. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance. You just come to the flat and we’re there working. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing taxes. It’s a practical way to run a business without the high costs of a downtown skyscraper. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make our own lunch, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need it. We don't use marketing slogans because we don't really see the point. People find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific done. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to stay organized. It’s a quiet, humble place to get things done.
