Ashamsa Agro Llp is situated at Plot Number 2 in Vivek Vihaar, Bajaj Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part. We work with agricultural goods and help move them where they need to go. We are a small team, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. There isn't a big corporate structure here. We just divide the work and get it done. Some days involve a lot of driving to look at crops, and other days we are just here at the plot sorting out the details. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We rely on people knowing us and our work being solid. It’s a practical business. We deal with the realities of farming, which means dealing with weather and supply issues. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. We keep the office simple because we’d rather spend the money on the business itself. Bajaj Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s central enough but not right in the middle of the heavy traffic. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just handle the agro stuff and try to keep our heads down and work hard. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here every single day.
