As Impex

As Impex is located at number 11, right near the Abhayashwar Shiv Mandir on Lal Bahadur Nagar Road in Durgapura. It’s easy to find if you know the temple. We’ve been here for a good bit now, handling imports and exports and whatever else comes our way. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly involves a lot of paperwork and checking boxes, but someone has to do it. The office is small and usually has stacks of files everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. We just want to make sure the goods get where they’re supposed to go. Sometimes the logistics get complicated and we have to stay late to sort things out. We don’t have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. Our goal is just to finish the day’s work and head home to our families. The Income Tax area can be busy, but we like the energy of it. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We talk to them like neighbors, not like customers. It’s just how we prefer to do things. We make mistakes sometimes, like everyone else, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s a straightforward business run by people who care about their reputation. We don’t have any fancy software to do the work, just our experience and a lot of patience with the daily grind.
