Aruna Impex

Aruna Impex is based out of C-9 in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets. We do a lot of import and export work from here, which means there’s always a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers flying around. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the goods get from point A to point B. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and files stacked up in the corner. We handle a variety of products depending on what’s in demand. Some days we are dealing with textiles, other days it might be something completely different. It keeps the job interesting. Vaishali Nagar has grown so much since we first started, and there are so many new shops and houses around us now. We mostly work via email and phone, so you might not see a lot of action if you walk past the building. But inside, we’re usually busy trying to clear customs hurdles or talking to vendors. It’s a lot of logistics and waiting on shipments to arrive at the port. We’ve had our fair share of delays and mix-ups over the years, but we just keep pushing through. It’s just a small local operation trying to make its way in the global trade business. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door.
