We’ve got our office set up at 1-B on Kabir Marg in Bani Park. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character, and we like being based here. We do a bit of everything, from the initial architectural drawings to the more technical engineering parts of a project. Our desks are usually piled high with site reports and structural calculations. It’s a working office, so it’s not always perfectly tidy, especially when we’re in the middle of a big deadline. We’ve been here at Bani Park for a long time, and we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. We don’t really bother with flashy advertising or anything like that. Most of the folks who come to us are just locals looking for some honest advice on how to build or fix up their property. We spend a lot of time out in the field too, checking on foundations or seeing how the framing is coming along. It's a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit stressful with city permits, but we just keep plugging away at it. It’s a small team of us here, and we prefer it that way. Just a local business doing what we know how to do best, one drawing at a time. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do; we just draw buildings and make sure they are safe and functional for everyone. It’s simple enough.
