Arham Realty Llp is located right in the middle of things at Amrapali Circle. We are in the JDA Shopping Centre, specifically at shops S-33 and 34. Jaipur can get really busy, especially around this part of town. Our office is usually full of files and old maps of the city. We spend our days helping people figure out where they want to live or maybe set up a small shop. Being at Amrapali Circle means we see a lot of foot traffic every day. It’s noisy outside with the traffic, but we like the energy. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything; it’s more of a place where you can just sit down and talk for an hour. Sometimes we have to run out to look at different sites across Jaipur, so the office might be empty for a bit in the afternoon. My partner and I handle most of the work ourselves. We’ve been through the 302021 area a thousand times by now. It’s hard work keeping track of all the local rules and changing prices, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We mostly deal with local folks who want to stay in this part of town. The shopping center is a good landmark, so people find us easily. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. We just show you what’s available and help with the paperwork. It’s a job like any other and we try to do it right.
