Our office is located at E-52 on Chitranjan Marg in C Scheme. It is a nice part of town, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. At ARG Developers Pvt Ltd, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed but always busy. We don't go in for the corporate look. Instead, our desks are covered in sketches, half-empty tea cups, and a lot of rulers. We have been here for a while and the office has that lived-in feel. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too focused on our building projects to worry about that. Most mornings involve a lot of shouting across the room to ask where a certain file went or if anyone has seen the site keys. We don't have any fancy slogans or a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make sure everything is moving forward. It’s practical work. Sometimes we stay late because a project is at a tricky stage, and other times we leave early if the heat gets too bad. We know our neighbors and the guys at the local tea stall. It is a very human way to run a business. We just take things one day at a time here on Chitranjan Marg and try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door without using any big words or confusing language.
