We are located at 301 in Raja Park. It's a well-known area and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite a while. Our office is usually filled with the sound of computers humming and the rustle of large paper rolls. We aren't a huge firm, just a bunch of us who like to figure out how buildings come together. It’s a bit of a collaborative mess sometimes, with everyone leaning over one person's screen to see a layout. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just walk in and we sit down at whatever table is clear to talk about their project. Raja Park is a lively place to be, and it’s convenient for our clients to find us. Most of our work involves the everyday stuff—houses, small offices, and renovations. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on material deliveries. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean all day, especially when we have to visit the actual construction sites. We just try to draw up sensible designs that actually work for people’s lives. It’s a steady pace here, and we like the variety of people who come through the door looking for some help with their building ideas. We keep things pretty informal but we take the structural side of things very seriously. That’s just how we have always done things here at our Raja Park office. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
