Archinven Design Studio

We have our studio over at Plot No - 45 in Kanak Vihar, which is right off Sirsi Road in Jaipur. If you are driving by, we are directly opposite the Rose Wood Apartment, so it is fairly easy to spot. We go by Archinven Design Studio. It’s a practical space where we do all our drafting and planning. We didn't want an office in one of those huge malls. We prefer being here in Kanak Vihar because it feels more like a real neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time hunched over computers or drawing on large sheets of paper. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for quite a bit. We don't have any corporate polish or a scripted way of talking to people. We just sit down and discuss what needs to be built. Some days are slow and we just talk about architecture, and other days are a complete scramble to finish a drawing before a meeting. We don’t promise to change the world. We just try to make sure that the designs we create actually work for the people living in them. There are always a few rolls of blueprints and some half-empty cups of tea sitting around. It is a very normal working environment. We like the Sirsi Road area because it’s growing but still has its own character. We are just a local studio trying to do decent work for our clients and keep things moving forward one step at a time.
