Ant Communication Private Limited

We are over at Rishi Colony, number 20, right off Tonk Road. It is a pretty central part of Jaipur, so it is easy to find if you are coming from the main road. The colony itself is a bit older, with narrow lanes and trees that have been there for decades. Our office is a converted residential building, which gives it a very homey feel. We don't have those glass cubicles or fancy lighting. Instead, we have windows that we actually open to let the air in when the weather is nice. We do communication work here, though mostly that means we are on the phone or typing away for most of the day. There is a small courtyard in the back where we sometimes sit to have our tea. It is a good place to get away from the screens for a minute. The staff here is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't really have titles or anything like that; everyone just helps out where they can. Sometimes the gate squeaks when people come in, and we keep saying we’ll oil it, but we never do. It’s just one of those things. We like being in Rishi Colony because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just a cold business district. It makes coming to work a bit more pleasant every morning for all of us.
