Ansh Jewels

Ansh Jewels is located at 1309 Gopal Ji Ka Rasta, right in the heart of Johri Bazar. It is a very old part of town and the lanes are pretty narrow and winding. You have to be careful walking because of the bikes, cows, and the people moving quickly through the paths. Our spot is just one of many along this road. It is not a very big space inside, but it is enough for what we do every day. We spend most of the day inside while the chaos of the bazaar happens right outside our door. Sometimes we stand at the entrance just to watch the crowds for a minute or two. Johri Bazar has a specific smell and sound that you just do not find anywhere else. We have been at this specific number for some time now. The interior is very simple. We have some chairs and the counters where we do our work. It is not like those fancy stores with marble floors and glass walls. It is more of a practical place where real work happens. We drink a lot of tea during the day to stay sharp while we work. Most of our neighbors have been here for years too, so we all know each other well. It is a tight-knit community on this street. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to do our work properly and then go home to our families in the evening. That is about it.
