The office has a big window that looks out onto the street, which is nice when it rains. We get people coming in with questions and looking for information. We try to keep things private and quiet because we know it’s a sensitive topic for most people. It’s not a place with a loud lobby or music playing. It’s more like a doctor’s waiting room, but smaller. We have been in Tilak Nagar for quite some time. The neighbors are nice, and it’s easy to find us if you follow Raman Marg. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait for the guy to come fix it. We don't have a big marketing team. We just put out the information we have gathered over time. It’s a very straightforward business. We keep the floors clean and make sure there are enough magazines to read in the waiting area. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here. We aren't looking to expand into some giant clinic. This small setup works for us and the visitors.
