We are located at Shop No. 1 in the Shree Balaji Shopping Center. People around here usually call the area 21 Dukan. It is over in Kanak Vihar, right off the main Ajmer Road. The shopping center has been around for a long time and it is a good spot for a local business like ours. Our shop is not anything fancy, just a room with some counters and storage space in the back. We handle various goods depending on what people in the area are asking for. It is a bit of a mix of things. Most of our days are spent talking to customers who live right here in the neighborhood. You get to know a lot of faces after a while. The morning starts with opening up the metal shutters and sweeping the front step. Ajmer Road gets quite busy, so there is always a lot of dust that drifts inside. We keep a small fan going in the corner because it gets pretty stuffy during the hot summer months. There is no big team here, just a few of us making sure things run okay every day. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just find us by walking by or hearing about the shop from a neighbor. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to borrow a tool or ask for directions, and we do not mind that at all.
