Our office is on Main Tonk Road, specifically in the Pratap Nagar area near Sector-3, Sanganer. It’s a growing part of the city. We do a lot of work with colonizing and property development around here. The office is right on the main road, so it’s easy for anyone to drop in. We’ve been involved in many projects in this sector. It’s hard work, dealing with land and all the rules. We spend a lot of time out on the field, checking on sites and talking to workers. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy decorations. Just some sturdy tables and a few maps of Sanganer and Pratap Nagar. The area has changed so much since we started. There are new sectors and houses everywhere now. We try to stay on top of all the new developments. It’s a local business, run by people who actually live here. We don’t have any big mission statements. We just want to help people get their plots or houses sorted without too much trouble. Sometimes it’s stressful, but mostly it’s just everyday work. If you’re near Sector-3, you’ll probably see our sign. We’re usually there, unless we are at a site visit. That’s just how the property business works for us. It keeps us quite busy all year.
