At Bais Godam K I A F-59, the day starts pretty early. We usually get the machines going before the sun is fully up because there is always a lot to get through. Agarwal Industies is basically just a workspace where things get made and moved. The floor is usually covered in some kind of scrap or dust, and the noise can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don’t spend much time sitting down. Most of the day is spent checking the output and making sure the equipment doesn't act up. Sometimes a belt breaks or a motor gets too hot, so we have to stop and fix it right then. It’s not a quiet place, and our clothes usually end up looking pretty rough by the end of the shift. Bais Godam is a busy area, so there are always trucks coming in and out of the yard, which makes it crowded. We keep an eye on the clock to make sure the work stays on schedule, but things happen. If a shipment is late, we just keep working on the next batch. It’s practical work. No one wears a suit here. We just focus on the metal or whatever material we are handling that day. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the dimensions are right. We’ve been at this spot for some time, and the walls show the age of the place, but the machines still run fine.
