You can find us at 16 Govind Marg, in the Adarsh Nagar area of Jaipur. Shivgyan Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is run from this office, and it’s a place that feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. The street outside is usually lined with parked bikes and people going about their business. Inside, we’ve got a lot of samples of tiles and bricks and things like that laying around. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on how the buildings are coming along. Jaipur is a beautiful place, but the dust and the heat make construction work quite a challenge for everyone involved. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our signs at building sites. We just try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. Our office isn't very large, so we all end up knowing exactly what everyone else is working on. It’s a practical way to run things. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and try to make sure the buildings stand up properly. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here, nothing too fancy or complicated about it. We just do the job.
