Accord Floors

If you go down Ajmer Road and head toward Gopal Bari, you’ll find us at number 5. Accord Floors is a small operation. We spend most of our time looking at samples and talking to people about what they want under their feet. The shop is filled with different materials, from wood to laminate. It can get a bit cluttered because we have so many samples lying around. People come in and walk over everything to see how it feels. We’ve been at this Gopal Bari location for a good while. The traffic on Ajmer Road is almost always heavy, so there’s a lot of noise coming from outside. You just learn to talk a bit louder. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us here. We handle the measuring, the ordering, and the paperwork ourselves. Sometimes we’re out on a job and the shop is closed for an hour, but we usually leave a note. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t try to act like a big chain. If you want to talk about floors, we just sit down and look at the options together. It’s straightforward. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just show you what’s available and let you decide. That’s how we’ve always done it at number 5. It is just about picking the right surface and getting it installed properly.
