Abok Spring Pvt Ltd is situated in the Jhotwara Industrial Area, occupying plots 101 to 103. This is a real industrial zone, so it’s not the place for fancy suits or clean shoes. We make springs here, and that involves a lot of metal and heavy machinery. The sound of the machines is pretty much constant from morning until evening. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. The office is right next to the workshop floor, so you can always hear the clanging. We have stacks of raw materials and finished products waiting to be shipped out. Jhotwara is a busy hub for manufacturing, and we fit right in with the other factories on this road. It can be quite hot and dusty, especially in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be anything other than a factory that makes good parts. Most of our staff have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and talk about the machines or the latest orders. It’s a straightforward life. There’s no marketing team here, just people who understand how to work with steel. We deal with other businesses mostly, so we don't get many random walk-ins. People who come here are usually looking for specific industrial springs. It’s a functional, hard-working place, and we like the grit of the industrial area. It feels like we are actually making something tangible every single day.
