We are tucked away in Lane No-7 of Raja Park, specifically at number 563/7. Raja Park is a lively area of Jaipur, but our lane is a bit quieter than the main shopping streets. It’s mostly residential houses mixed with small businesses like ours. The building is a simple one, and we use a few rooms for our research and herbal work. It’s not a laboratory like you see in the movies; it’s more practical and a bit messy at times with all the jars and dried plants. We have a small yard where we sometimes leave things out to dry. The sun gets really hot here, so we keep the curtains drawn in the afternoons to stay cool. It’s a small team of us working here. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the formulas. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask what we’re making because of the herbal scents that drift out into the lane. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. We’re usually just in our everyday clothes, working through the tasks. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we’ve stopped noticing. It’s a decent place to work. We like being in Raja Park because we can walk to get snacks or tea whenever we need a break. It feels like a real community here. We just take things one day at a time and do the research.
