Aakash Institute (Customer Care)

This is the customer care spot for Aakash Institute here in Jaipur. We are located in the 302001 zip code area, right in the heart of the city. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming and going. The office is mostly filled with phones and computers. It’s not a classroom, just a place where we handle the calls and questions that come in. It gets quite loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve been in this part of Jaipur for some time. The building is just a normal city office. There’s no big sign outside, just the name on the door. We don't have much in the way of decor. It’s purely functional. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones get busy, but we just deal with it. It’s a plain, everyday office environment. We aren't here to impress people with a lobby; we’re just here to answer questions. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks, but it works for what we need. People from all over Jaipur call us, so we stay pretty occupied. It’s a simple, no-nonsense setup in the middle of town. We keep a few boxes of files around the corner. The lights are a bit bright, but we need them for reading the screens. There isn't much to say about the place other than it's where we work every day. We just try to get through the call list as best as we can.
