A M D Property Dealer is set up over in the Mahindra Sez Market in Mahapura. We are right on Ajmer Road, just across from the Pink Pearl water park. It's a busy stretch of road, especially on the weekends when people are heading out of Jaipur. Our office is out here because there’s a lot of growth happening near the SEZ. We spend most of our time looking at land and plots around the Mahapura area. It’s a lot of driving back and forth on Ajmer Road to show people different spots. We aren't a big firm with fancy cars. We just know the local land owners and what the current prices are like. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but that’s part of being out here. Being opposite Pink Pearl is helpful because everyone knows where that is. We deal with all sorts of people, from farmers to folks looking to build a new house near the SEZ. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words or try to sell something that isn't there. If you want to see a piece of land, we take you there and show you the boundaries. It's honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve seen this part of Jaipur change a lot since the Mahindra Sez started, and we just keep doing our thing in the market.
